Job Summary
Conduct owner education sessions and workshops to maximize membership value through exchanges, upgrades, and strategic travel planning. Act as the on-site subject matter expert for exchange programs, assisting with domestic and international bookings, deposits, and third-party program inquiries. Welcome guests throughout their stay to unlock available services, while troubleshooting account issues, resolving transactional discrepancies, and managing guest flow during peak periods. Maintain accurate CRM documentation of all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, exchange programs, hospitality operations, or a related guest service environment
- Strong knowledge of exchange systems, membership benefits, and exchange processes
- Proven ability to deliver consultative, hospitality-first service and build trust-based relationships with owners and guests
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly resolve account issues, booking challenges, and transactional discrepancies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence conducting one-on-one consultations, workshops, or group owner education sessions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
