Job Summary
Oversee daily owned fleet operations in Cairo, supervise drivers, coordinate maintenance with workshops/vendors, monitor vehicle performance and safety compliance, manage incident reporting and emergency responses, and drive cost control and budget optimization while ensuring fleet records and documentation are accurate; requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on expertise in diesel/gasoline vehicle maintenance and fleet management software.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet supervision or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel and gasoline vehicle maintenance
- Proven experience in driver management, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Basic computer skills (fleet management systems, MS Excel, reporting tools)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Logistics background preferred
