Job Summary
Drive the new product development process from ideation through launch, managing financial analysis, sourcing, quality assurance, packaging design, contract negotiation, and supplier compliance. Coordinate product samples, evaluations, and approval workflows while building supplier relationships to ensure smooth onboarding. Track project timelines, manage onboarding documentation, and prepare launch plans by communicating with internal teams and vendors to guarantee timely execution. Support the Senior Manager in executing Own-Brand launches across METRO Pakistan's wholesale centers, leveraging the company's global reach in over 25 countries.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (Master or Bachelor) or minimum another higher education
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
