Job Summary
Provide onsite support to multiple World Finance branches within an assigned region, filling in for open or short-staffed positions while upholding company standards. Responsibilities include guiding customers toward responsible financial choices, processing loan applications and renewals, taking and processing payments, preparing loan closings, balancing cash drawers, completing branch deposits, and supporting branch managers to meet performance goals. Travel daily between assigned branches is required; mileage reimbursement is provided for business use of a personal vehicle. Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle
- Ability to travel daily between branches and to perform branch banking tasks
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
