Job Summary
Guide customers toward upward credit mobility by processing loan applications, executing closings, and balancing cash drawers daily. Provide top-tier service while assisting with tax preparation, collecting payments, and preparing daily bank deposits. Call approved applications to close loans, send credit denial letters within 30 days, and transport money to and from the bank. Maintain strong community relationships and build trust within your branch. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking, adaptability, and clear communication in person, by phone, and electronically.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills
- A history of choosing kindness, showing compassion, and helping others

- Absolute team player – pitching in when needed and accepting help, too
- Must possess a valid driver's license & reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities
