Job Summary
Lead onsite management and operational leadership across multiple World Finance branches within the assigned region, guiding branch teams to deliver exceptional service, ensure compliance with policies, and meet performance goals. Mentor and develop staff, pair customers with suitable loan products and tax services, and drive branch growth by promoting World Finance offerings. Build community relationships and foster a positive, engaged team environment while coordinating travel between branches. Requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with frequent travel to assigned branches and occasional extended hours.
