Job Summary
Supervise PAs and NPs while assessing patient health through interviews and physical examinations. Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients across all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric, and manage their discharge. Complete chart notes within 48 hours and educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance. Maintain availability for patient consultations and ensure a safe, clean work environment. Adhere to supervision agreements and follow each patient's progress. Fully vaccinated and boosted. One 10-hour day shift in San Leandro, CA. Independent contractor at $120–$150 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Previous experience as a Physician in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Vaccinated and boosted
- Clean, unrestricted license
- DEA Certification
- Medical License
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
