Job Summary
Mentor and coach national teachers, equipping them with effective, student-focused instructional strategies while teaching strategically through limited classroom demonstrations. Develop scalable resources that support strong instruction and long-term sustainability, contributing to onboarding and ongoing professional development through modeling, co-planning, and feedback. Build and maintain a team of financial supporters through regular communication and updates, fostering a culture of joyful, structured learning with high expectations. This fellowship serves at Love Justice's school in South Asia, working closely with leadership to implement research-backed educational methods and strengthen instructional systems.
Required Qualifications
- Mature Christian faith
- Agreement with LJI's Global Value to 'Abide in Christ'
- Passion for justice and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations
- Alignment with LJI's mission and values
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, English, Mathematics, Science, etc.)
- Classroom teaching experience
