Job Summary
Lead system improvement projects for global market research operations by identifying workflow issues, optimizing cross-functional processes, and deploying updated operational manuals across overseas bases. Manage the end-to-end implementation of system enhancements, including UI optimization and feature rollouts, while collaborating with diverse international teams to resolve technical and operational challenges. Drive business efficiency by measuring the impact of system changes on per capita productivity and establishing continuous improvement cycles based on data-driven insights. Support approximately 150 sales and project managers to maximize productivity through targeted operational support and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in the market research industry (project management, operations, or similar)
- At least 3 years of work experience
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)
- University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
