Overseas Business Manager - Decoration Engineering

Job Summary
Manage full-cycle cost accounting for overseas decoration projects, including dynamic tracking of materials, labor, equipment, and transportation. Prepare project budgets, final accounts, and cost analysis reports to drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Lead overseas project bidding, quotation, and contract negotiations focusing on FIDIC clauses and EPC contracts, while monitoring implementation to identify risks and formulate response measures. Handle business accounting for engineering changes, claims, and visas to safeguard company interests. Requires 8+ years of experience in overseas decoration cost accounting, English proficiency for reports and negotiations, and familiarity with international quotation systems. Successful candidates will have experience with large-scale projects over 50 million RMB and adapt to overseas business trips.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Engineering Cost or related majors
- More than 8 years of experience in cost accounting in the decoration engineering/construction industry
- at least 3 years of full-process management experience in overseas projects
- English can be used as a working language (for report writing and business negotiations)
- Clear logical thinking
- high data sensitivity
- strong pressure resistance
- able to adapt to overseas business trips or assignments
- excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Having experience in overseas housing construction projects
Desired Qualifications
- candidates with Registered Cost Engineer, PMP or other certificates
- Familiar with international engineering quotation systems (such as quantity surveying, bill of quantities pricing)
- having successful cases of independently completing cost control for large-scale projects (over 50 million RMB)
- proficient in cost software such as Excel, Project, Glodon/Luban/Revit
- those familiar with local market building material prices, labor costs and supply chain resources
- Hold certificates such as Registered Cost Engineer and PMP
- Be familiar with local market prices of building materials, labor costs and supply chain resources
