Job Summary
Establish and manage overseas warehouses in Southeast Asia, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia, overseeing site selection, leasing, construction, and daily operations. Formulate operational standards to ensure compliance with local regulations such as Saudi SASO certification and optimize logistics costs while reducing inventory risks. Collaborate with international logistics providers and customs clearance teams to streamline spare parts flow, train local staff, and handle emergency issues to guarantee business continuity. Coordinate with sales teams to shorten delivery cycles and analyze market data to improve inventory planning and reduce obsolete stock. Requires over three years of experience in overseas warehouse management, proficiency in English, and willingness to accept long-term assignments of 8–10 months annually.
Required Qualifications
- Junior college degree or above
- Proficiency in English for business communication
- Over 3 years of experience in overseas warehouse/international logistics/supplychain management
- Familiar with warehousing, customs clearance and logistics operation modes in at least one target market (Southeast Asia/Mexico/Saudi Arabia)
- Team management ability to build and train local operation teams
- Willing to accept long-term overseas assignment (over 6 months per trip, 8-10months of overseas work annually)
- Free from family burdens
- Hardworking
- Able to adapt to frequent cross border business trips
- Familiar with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Acquainted with relevant international/regional laws and regulations
- Experience in overseas warehouse establishment for Chinese enterprises
- Knowledge of aerial work platform or construction machinery industry
