Overnights Team Leader

Plans, directs, and supervises daily store operations across various departments, serving as mentor and coach to all team members. Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and maintain store appearance during prime hours. Manages staffing, hiring, and succession planning while documenting disciplinary actions and making promotion recommendations. Responsible for P&L, shrink control, and ensuring thorough training completion for all roles. Spends majority of time communicating with customers and staff to deliver exceptional service and promote safety. Requires high school diploma, two years retail experience, and one year of management experience.
