Overnights - LPN / RN Home Health Nurse

Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings, focusing strictly on the active plan of care provided by physicians. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Work full-time or part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends with a 1:1 patient care ratio. Receive paid/unlimited exceptional SIM lab and live client training alongside ongoing clinical education.
