Job Summary
Provide personal care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Assist with feeding and meal preparation, offer light housekeeping and household support, and provide transportation when required. Deliver compassionate companionship and support throughout the 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM overnight shift. Follow the client's plan of care while maintaining a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude. This role involves full-time and part-time assignments across in-home and facility-based settings throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, certified CPR, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified CPR
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to work with little direct supervision
- Compassion and empathy for the needs of clients
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Professional, courteous, and respectful attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Availability for full-time or part-time opportunities
