Job Summary
Overnight Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) position supports adolescents 12–17 in a Residential Treatment setting. Responsible for coordinating and transporting clients to daily activities, using intervention and communication skills with clients and families, adhering to Joint Commission procedures, assisting with medication management in collaboration with the program nurse and clinical team, documenting in the electronic health record (BestNotes), maintaining residence cleanliness, and participating in a multidisciplinary care plan to foster a safe, supportive environment during Sunday–Thursday night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred
- Must pass background checks (ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State checks)
- Valid Driver’s License with driving history requirements
- Physical requirements: lift up to 20 lbs, mobility
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred)
- Experience in supervising client services or related tasks (implied)
