Job Summary
Provide a safe, supportive environment for adolescents during overnight hours, guiding routines, offering crisis support, and fostering personal growth and healing. Role emphasizes residential youth counseling, direct care, and behavioral health support within a residential setting, with responsibilities including Awake/Overnight care, crisis intervention, and para-education duties. Ideal candidates bring experience in mental health, direct care, behavioral health, residential care, and youth counseling, and may hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent credits, or substantial relevant experience. Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of full-time experience working with children OR any combination of credits in human services & experience totaling 2 years OR 7 years of parenting experience
