Job Summary
Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for youth in a female-specific residential program; monitor and document student behaviors during the night and collaborate with other professional staff to meet each student’s treatment goals. Awake night position with shift options (Sun-Wed 10 pm–8 am or Sat 10 pm–8 am). Require at least 2 years of post-high school education or 2 years of experience working with youth, be at least 21, and pass background checks and screenings. Focus on creating a positive, safe, and supportive environment for youth while supporting their treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Possess at least 2 years of post-high school education or ~2 years of experience working with youth
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Pass criminal background check
- Pass drug screen
- Pass physical
- Pass TB test
- Pass search of the child abuse central registry
