Job Summary
Move trucks and trailers in and out of dock doors according to assignments, ensuring trailers are properly loaded, sealed, secured, fueled, and temperature-controlled. Arrange vehicles in the yard safely and efficiently while inspecting equipment to report any safety or maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free yard while following all safety, DOT, and food safety regulations. Work overnight shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM Sunday through Thursday, lifting up to 100 lbs and adhering to a valid CDL requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL issued by state of residence and DOT qualified
- Ability to work overnight shifts, 10+ hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable entering/exiting trucks frequently and lifting up to 100 lbs using safe practices
- Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong attention to safety, organization, and teamwork
- Clean driving record in accordance with DOT and company standards
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
