Job Summary
As a Wellbeing Navigator, you will be responsible for supporting individuals in service throughout their treatment experience, observing and documenting behaviors, and updating treatment plans. This role requires a high school diploma with 2 years of relevant experience or coursework, and a passion for helping those with mental health and substance use challenges. You must be able to work evenings, weekends, and overnights, possess a valid Nebraska driver's license, and may need to obtain a State of Nebraska Med Aid License.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years of behavioral health experience or related course work
- Ability to work some weekends and/or overnights
- At least 21 years of age
- A valid Nebraska driver's license with clean DMV record
- State of Nebraska Med Aid License (may require)

- Experience in Behavioral Health
- Bachelor's degree in related field (may be required for some positions)
