Job Summary
Overnight weekend cleaning role responsible for cleaning warehouse and production floors, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas; operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums; follow warehouse safety procedures and cleaning protocols; report maintenance or safety concerns; maintain a consistent overnight cleaning schedule; and assist with additional custodial or warehouse/production support tasks. Requires being 18+, ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work overnight weekend shifts starting at 9:00 PM; offers potential for career advancement within a family-owned manufacturing company with benefits after a year of service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or janitorial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Commercial scrubber experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight weekend shifts consistently
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Work in varying temperature environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
