Job Summary
Overnight Warehouse Order Selector responsible for assembling orders for shipment, loading goods onto delivery vehicles in sequence, filling pick slots from reserve, assembling pallets, and moving returned merchandise to stock. Maintain safe, clean work environment, follow safety rules and PPE requirements, and report equipment malfunctions. Work in a fast-paced distribution center with shifts including evenings and weekends; involves physical tasks such as frequent bending, lifting (up to 88 lbs normally, heavier with two-person lift conditions), standing and walking for extended periods, and potential exposure to temperature extremes. Must be able to operate in a team-oriented setting and adhere to process documentation and receiving/stock placement duties.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment
- Physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Occasionally lift over 88 lbs
- Two person lift required for weights exceeding 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Possible exposure to extreme temperatures
- Alertness to other people and vehicles
- Shifts including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to following safety rules and PPE requirements
- Documentation to prove legal ability to work in Canada during onboarding
