Job Summary
Provide high-level guest services and safely move vehicles to and from the garage upon request as part of the warm welcome and fond farewell process. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while communicating effectively in English. Perform physical tasks including sprinting short distances, standing for up to eight hours, and lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds. Drive a manual transmission vehicle with a valid license and safe driving record. Work a non-exempt hourly schedule at over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe as part of SP+, the largest parking network in America, enabling checkout-free parking experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively in English in written and/or oral forms.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to sprint short distances.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 6 or 8 hours, less break)
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift, etc.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds (signs, luggage, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) a plus.
