Job Summary
Greet and welcome arriving and departing guests, open car doors, and assist with luggage while answering customer questions professionally. Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, conduct vehicle damage checks, and maintain keys in an organized, secure manner. Ensure the valet area remains clean and inviting, perform routine inspections, and report any accidents or incidents immediately to the supervisor. Follow all safety protocols to protect guests and vehicles, and collaborate with hotel staff to coordinate operations during busy periods. Maintain a polished appearance and provide exceptional service to create memorable guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred
