Job Summary
Oversee the overnight valet operation from 11pm to 7am, ensuring team members and guests remain safe while operating vehicles to minimize accidents. Track keys and vehicles throughout the garage, maintain organization, and greet every guest with a positive, friendly manner. Set an upbeat tone for the workplace by modeling uniform standards and approved language choices. Communicate organizational plans with co-workers after shifts and assist in handling escalated operational needs. Maintain a professional work area, adhere to uniform guidelines, and ensure all team members provide exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English both verbally and written
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid Driver's License in state of residency
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test
- Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- Ability to run and move quickly
- Ability to organize cars efficiently
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
