Job Summary
Greet guests in a pleasant manner, approach encounters with a friendly service-oriented attitude, and provide superior customer service. Maintain the safety of every guest vehicle, assist in efficient delivery, and help direct and control traffic flow in the valet lot. Secure all guest keys, accurately enter vehicle information into the computerized system, and place arrival tickets on correct hooks. Assist with luggage loading/unloading, wheelchair transportation, and answering questions about local attractions, events, and transportation guides. Monitor guest traffic flow, maintain cleanliness of work sites and curbsides, and perform various front office tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Minimum of one year driving experience
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Ability to drive a manual or automatic transmission vehicle
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather including wind rain heat cold
