Job Summary
Overnight Valet Attendant providing guest-centric hospitality services in a hotel setting. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, greeting guests professionally, providing directions and local information, conveying parking rates and procedures, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate vehicle records and ticket information. Must hold a valid driver’s license, demonstrate basic math skills, and be comfortable working outdoors during night shifts (11:00pm–7:00am) with a focus on safety, accuracy, and exceptional guest service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- 1 month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to perform basic math (add/subtract)
- Ability to operate manually transmitted vehicle (highly desirable)
