Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document existing damage on claim tickets. Safely park and retrieve vehicles while monitoring the parking area, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns. Maintain a clean, organized valet station, accurately record hours and gratuities, and support team members with additional tasks as needed. Arrive punctually dressed in full uniform, using a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations within the past three years)
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- Full uniform
- Professional appearance
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Non-exempt employment classification
