Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document existing damage while safely parking and retrieving cars. Monitor the parking area throughout the night, respond to guest requests, and maintain a clean, organized valet station. Record hours and gratuities accurately, arrive punctually in full uniform, and support team members with additional tasks as needed. Use personal cell phones for work-related communication and coordinate with managers and clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations within the past three years)
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
