Job Summary
Guest Service Associate responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage where applicable; maintain professional demeanor; greet guests by last name; assist with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries; communicate parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage ticket information and revenue; support bell services and luggage storage as needed; ensure compliance with Towne Park standards during overnight shifts (10pm–7am).
