Job Summary
Overnight Transportation Supervisor responsible for assisting the logistics manager with associate calls, new associate training, maintenance of equipment, and all aspects of the logistics department. Ensures DOT and CMV compliance for logistics associates, oversees product delivery to customers, trains new associates on policies and service guidelines, maintains RoadNet software, ensures fleet maintenance and safety, coaches associates on performance via driver and customer surveys, monitors productivity and staffing, identifies development opportunities, participates in recruitment, conducts safety trainings, communicates route changes, and support SGWS policy training and incident reporting. Requires Bachelor’s degree and ~5 years related experience; strong Microsoft Office skills and solid organization and time-management capabilities. Physical demands include extensive walking, bending, standing, and occasional heavy lifting; additional peak-period hours may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
