Job Summary
Overnight direction of the Outfitters team covering sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegate tasks with clear direction, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintain visual presentation standards including signage and planograms. Execute nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers, complete on-demand inventory counts, and support special events coordination. Manage pricing and UPC integrity, conduct interviews, coordinate training, prepare weekly schedules, and address customer complaints. Ensure all breaks and lunches are provided in accordance with state and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
