Job Summary
Overnight direction to Outfitters covering sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegate tasks with clear direction, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintain visual presentation standards including signage and planograms. Execute nightly replenishment from backstock, distribution centers, and direct vendors while completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks. Coordinate special events, manage pricing and UPC integrity, and support the Management team in interviewing, training, and evaluating staff. Prepare weekly schedules, coach associates, and ensure proper break and lunch provisions in accordance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
