Job Summary
Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts departments. Manage inventory through on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks while executing price changes and tagging. Perform recovery tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise. Support visual merchandising by replacing fixtures, updating signage and end caps, and performing resets for assigned areas. Assist with planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines, and support OMNI fulfillment during peak business hours. Requires ability to work overnight shifts, use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices, and lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time role with discounts on merchandise and Bass Pro Shops benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment
- Ability to work overnight shifts
