Job Summary
Conduct general replenishment across all departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, and Marine/Water Sports. Support inventory management through on-demand counts, peg scanning, and display integrity checks. Execute price changes, perform recovery tasks like folding and re-hanging, and maintain visual merchandising directives and planograms. Assist with OMNI fulfillment during peak business hours. Requires two years of experience, ability to work overnight shifts, and proficiency with System Two and RF devices. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including discounts, 401k, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment
- Ability to work overnight shifts
