Job Summary
Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts departments. Support inventory management by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks. Execute price changes, perform recovery tasks including folding and re-hanging, and maintain visual merchandising through fixture replacement and mannequin dressing. Assist with planogram execution, OMNI fulfillment during peak hours, and resets for assigned departments. Requires ability to work overnight shifts, use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment
- Ability to work overnight shifts
