Job Summary
Conduct general replenishment across all departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts. Support inventory management through on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks. Execute price changes by tagging, updating signage, and reviewing inventory adjustments. Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise. Maintain visual merchandising standards by replacing fixtures, updating end caps, and resetting assigned departments. Support planogram execution and OMNI fulfillment during peak business hours. Work overnight shifts under direct supervision with a starting pay rate of $15.00 to $17.75.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment
- Ability to work overnight shifts
