Job Summary
Overnight Task Team Outfitter performs non-selling duties to support store operations and customer service, including replenishment across Fishing/Hunting/Marine/Water Sports, apparel, footwear, and gifts; supports inventory counts and price changes; executes planograms and visual merchandising directives; supports fixture updates, signage, end caps, and department resets; assists omni fulfillment during peak periods; requires HS diploma and 2 years’ experience; works overnight shifts and uses RF/Gizmo devices for stock management and replenishment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years experience with similar duties
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment
