Job Summary
Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts departments. Support inventory management through on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks. Execute price changes, tag merchandise, and adjust inventory records. Perform recovery tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging items. Maintain visual merchandising by updating signage, end caps, fixtures, and mannequins while supporting planogram execution. Assist with OMNI fulfillment during peak business hours. Requires high school diploma, two years of experience, and ability to work overnight shifts. Lift up to 50 lbs and use RF/Gizmo devices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment
- Ability to work overnight shifts
