Job Summary
Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts departments. Support inventory management through on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks. Execute price changes, including tagging, signage updates, and inventory adjustments. Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise. Maintain visual merchandising standards by replacing fixtures, updating signage, dressing mannequins, and resetting assigned departments. Support planogram execution and OMNI fulfillment during peak business hours. Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers while assisting the Overnight Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work overnight shifts
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years' experience in a sales or service environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Familiarity with planograms and visual merchandising is preferred
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Ability to use good judgment and logic
- Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
- Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's specific products is an asset
