Job Summary
Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts departments. Support inventory management through on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks. Execute price changes, tag merchandise, and perform recovery tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting, and re-hanging. Manage visual merchandising by updating signage, end caps, fixtures, and mannequins while maintaining planograms. Assist with OMNI fulfillment during peak business hours. Requires ability to use System Two and RF devices, work overnight shifts, and lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time role with discounts on merchandise and Bass Pro Shops benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years of experience
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Regular computer work
