Job Summary
Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts departments. Support inventory management through on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks. Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage updates, and inventory adjustments. Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise. Support visual merchandising by replacing fixtures, updating end caps, directing floor moves, and dressing mannequins. Maintain planogram execution across all hardlines and support OMNI fulfillment during peak business hours. Demonstrate exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work overnight shifts
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years' experience in a sales or service environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Familiarity with planograms and visual merchandising is preferred
- Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Ability to use good judgment and logic
- Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
- Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's specific products is an asset
