Overnight/Swing Shift Supervisor plus $1.50 shift differential

Shift Supervisor on overnight/swing shifts at Applegreen travel plazas. Lead on-shift team to deliver exceptional customer service, adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements, and assist in training newly hired team members. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, operating the POS system, processing payments, enforcing cash handling policies, ensuring proper food handling (wrapping, labelling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, temperature checks), completing kitchen tasks (prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning), stocking and sanitizing workstation/equipment, cross-selling and upselling products, maintaining product knowledge, informing plaza leadership of issues, following all policies, and performing additional duties as assigned. Essential experience includes cash handling and customer service; leadership experience is preferred. Available for flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
