Job Summary
Overnight Surveillance Agent responsible for monitoring safety and security procedures, greeting customers and visitors, verifying IDs, monitoring security cameras, preventing diversions, receiving packages, assisting with state inspections, addressing general store issues, answering front desk calls, writing incident and informational reports, developing action plans with management to address security gaps, maintaining compliance/records, and coordinating with local emergency services; requires strong attention to detail, organizational/time-management skills, and 2+ years in security or a related field; 21+ with valid ID/license and ability to work nights/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 year experience in security or a related field
- Must pass all required background checks
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
- Maintain compliance and records as required by the state and municipality
