Job Summary
Overnight Supervisor is responsible to perform the established close of day functions for the resort, spa and F&B operations and to create the daily status sheet. The role acts as management on duty during overnight hours, exercises limited authority to troubleshoot operational issues and guest or associate problems, and handles loss prevention and guest services tasks. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, assisting with concierge duties, coordinating with the Front Desk, supporting the night audit, maintaining knowledge of facilities and hours, responding to emergencies, and contributing to sustainability initiatives. The position requires maintaining guest satisfaction, following Forbes 5-Star and Auberge Standards, and collaborating with department managers and security to ensure a high-quality guest experience while upholding property procedures and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year experience in a cash-handling position
- Ability to clearly communicate in English (oral and written)
- Critical thinking and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent service, etiquette, and protocol skills
- Knowledge of property operations and guest services standards
- Ability to learn CPR and First Aid
- Ability to work independently in an overnight setting
- Familiarity with local area (Park City/Summit County) preferred
