Job Summary
Supervise overnight front office operations as the Manager on Duty, handling guest requests, VIP arrivals, and resolving complaints with professionalism. Perform the daily night audit by reconciling folios, verifying charges, and balancing revenue postings while auditing financial transactions across food, beverage, spa, and parking outlets. Lead and train overnight staff to ensure service standards are met, conduct property walks to monitor safety and security, and respond to emergencies per protocol. Oversee shift handovers to communicate overnight events and incidents to the morning team, ensuring a smooth transition to the next shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to communicate in English

- Ability to communicate well with guests
- Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift
