Job Summary
Overnight Supervisor provides daily direction to Outfitters on the overnight shift, including sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, and inventory management. Delegates tasks and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures while maintaining visual presentation standards and signage. Executes nightly replenishment from backstock, distribution centers, and vendors, and completes on-demand inventory counts and peg scanning during off-peak hours. Supports management with special event coordination, pricing integrity, and performance evaluations, while preparing weekly work schedules and coaching associates. Ensures all breaks and lunches are provided in accordance with state and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
