Job Summary
Overnight Supervisor at Dash In (FT) responsible for leading front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coaching a cross-functional team, maintaining food safety and brand standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staffing and daily tasks, and partnering with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience across the store.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be eligible for work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or a related environment.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong guest focus with excellent communication and people skills.
- Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems.
- Ideal candidates will also have: Experience working in both food service and retail environments.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Active ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
