Job Summary
Overnight Supervisor at Dash In (Full-time) in Claymont, DE. Leads both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coaches a cross-functional team, maintains food quality and safety, ensures store standards, engages guests, and collaborates with the Store Manager to optimize staffing and service. Responsibilities include training staff, enforcing service and safety standards, monitoring customer flow, managing inventory across retail and foodservice, keeping the environment clean and safe, and stepping in to lead shifts as needed. Requires 18+ years, U.S. work eligibility, and 1 year of supervisory experience; ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Role includes a benefits package and full-time schedule of 32–40 hours per week, with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-site location.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be eligible for work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or a related environment
- Active ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
