Job Summary
Overnight Supervisor at Carlton Senior Living (Overnight Care Partner): drive the overnight care team to assist residents with activities of daily living including continence care, showering, grooming, and transfer/medication assistance. Monitor changes in resident care plans, oversee building safety, serve as first point of contact for resident/family concerns and emergencies, document care with company devices, support safety protocols and elopement prevention, and foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members. Schedule is Friday and Saturday 10 PM–6:30 AM. Includes benefits, annual raises, immediate pay, and other perks.
