Job Summary
Direct sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, and seasonal resets during the overnight shift. Manage team assignments, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintain visual presentation standards including signage and planograms. Execute nightly replenishment from backstock, distribution centers, and direct vendors while supporting inventory management through counts and peg scanning. Coordinate special events, maintain pricing and UPC integrity, and prepare weekly work schedules. Train associates, evaluate performance, and ensure all breaks and lunches comply with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 Retail Years
- Retail Experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from Managers, Outfitters, customers and the general public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Outfitters, customers and with the Base Camp team
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
